About the team
Coworkers first, teammates ever since
The Boats! started in 2016 when a group of coworkers signed up for Spring League on a whim and kept coming back. They hold open tryouts every spring, and about a third of the current roster found the team that way. On game nights they bring snacks for the other team's sideline, a habit that has outlasted three captains. If you see a folding table stacked with orange slices at Magnuson, you have found them.
